Innovation is a process of innovative thinking !, innovative thinking evolves when we have the passion to resolve an issue or several issues using a novel technique or a combination of methods.

 

The training involves various approaches , starting with a survey and exploration of their surroundings, identifying issues in their immediate society which require intervention, then the issue is seen both from a social and a technical perspective. A technical solution is evolved thereafter using both the educational and social skills of the trainee.

 

A variety of issues are identified, discussed and solved ranging from issues of rural areas, artisans, livelihood , empowerment etc. The training process is an ongoing one and involves mainly students from various parts of the world undergoing it.
