ILLUMINATED WALKING STICK

REQUIREMENT

A walking stick is an important item which most aged people carry. The stick provides support and balance when walking. When walking in the evening or night a small light is of great help, but carrying a torch , the stick and maybe some other item becomes a bit trcky and could lead to dropping of some item or a fall. Keeping in view this matter a stick was designed with an integrated light illuminating the path where the user walked. The stick provided bright light to illuminate the path, a chargeable system to charge the stick , and a very tough unbreakable holder for the whole system. One charge provides sevral days of illumination. The whole system was designed to be a light weight, low cost sturdy system.

TARGET AREA / POPULATION

The target population for this is people who use walking sticks.
